As for technical support, we can often answer any technical questions over the phone. Our technicians are fully trained by Speed Queen and are available to you during business hours. 

We are not only Speed Queen distributors, we are also coin laundry owners.  Hermes Equipment Co. has owned and operated coin laundries for over 35 years.  We are always looking at the laundry business, like you do, from an owner's perspective. We use the "think tank" approach when we start a new project.  Our ideas come from what  has worked in the past  as well as trying  to improve on ideas that could work better.  This experience is then passed on to you.
